When I joined MacGregor in 2017 as an HR Manager, I had the unique opportunity to be part of something truly exciting - building our Global Service Center in Gdańsk from the ground up. At the time, MacGregor in Poland had around 50 employees. Being a part of MacGregor Poland growing into an office of more than 300 people, while helping establish the local HR function, has been an incredibly rewarding experience.
Over the years, my career has evolved alongside the company. I started by building and implementing local HR processes, later supporting organizational changes such as the centralization of HR services. In 2022, I moved into an HR Partner role, supporting leaders across Northern Europe while also serving as the Managing Director representative for our Polish organization. This was my first opportunity to work in a truly international environment, collaborating with managers from different countries and cultures. It broadened my perspective and showed me how important globally aligned HR processes are in creating one connected organization.
In February 2025, I took on a new challenge as Global Learning Manager. Today, I am responsible for shaping our global learning framework, managing our learning platform, and partnering with colleagues around the world to build learning solutions that support both our people and our business.
Looking back, what stands out most is how many opportunities MacGregor has given me to grow. Every role has taught me something different, challenged me in new ways, and helped me develop both professionally and personally. What I particularly enjoy in my current role is having the opportunity to create, improve, and shape the future of learning across our organization. It is both motivating and inspiring.
Above all, what I value most about working here are the people. Collaborating with colleagues across the globe, learning from different cultures, and creating meaningful solutions together is the most exciting part of my job. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn, and that continuous development is what keeps me motivated and excited about what comes next.
